Shipping

Domestic UK Shipping:

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery estimates are between 2–5 business days depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.

We are not currently VAT registered in the United Kingdom. Therefore, VAT is not charged on our products or shipping costs.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, responsibility for goods remains with us until the order has been delivered to you, your nominated safe place, or a person identified by you to receive the goods. If an item is lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered during transit, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

We are responsible for ensuring goods are supplied as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Sale of Goods Act 1979.

Once delivery has been completed successfully, responsibility and risk for the goods transfers to the customer.

International Shipping (EU & Worldwide):

We offer international shipping to selected countries across the EU and worldwide.

Following the United Kingdom’s departure from the European Union, international orders are generally shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis unless otherwise stated. This means the customer acts as the importer of record and is responsible for complying with all local customs laws and import regulations.

As we are not VAT registered in the United Kingdom, UK VAT is not charged on our products. However, customers may still be required to pay import VAT, customs duties, handling fees, or other local taxes imposed by the destination country upon arrival.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are outside of our control.

Under the UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement, many UK-origin goods may qualify for tariff-free movement into the EU. However, customs duties may still apply depending on the nature, value, origin, and classification of the goods.

By placing an international order, you agree to accept responsibility for any customs charges, import taxes, clearance fees, or documentation requirements imposed by your country.

We will accurately declare all shipments in accordance with UK export laws and customs regulations.

Customs, Duties & Brexit Implications:

Since the UK’s departure from the European Union, shipments between the UK and EU are subject to customs procedures and border checks.

Although many UK-origin goods qualify for tariff-free movement under the UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement, eligibility depends on rules of origin and customs classification requirements. Some products may still attract duties or additional import fees.

Low-value shipments may not incur customs duties, while higher-value orders are more likely to be assessed by customs authorities.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their country’s import laws and regulations. Customs authorities may request additional information or documentation before releasing a shipment.

For deliveries to Northern Ireland, goods may be subject to specific arrangements under the Northern Ireland Protocol/Windsor Framework. Additional customs or VAT information may occasionally be required.

If customs charges, duties, or taxes are refused by the customer and the parcel is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct any shipping costs, return fees, customs charges, or carrier handling costs from any refund issued.

Taxes, Import Charges & Additional Fees:

As we are not VAT registered in the United Kingdom, VAT is not charged by us at checkout. However, international customers may still be required to pay import VAT, customs duties, handling charges, brokerage fees, or other taxes imposed by their destination country.

We cannot guarantee that additional taxes, import duties, customs charges, handling fees, brokerage fees, or local administrative costs will not apply upon arrival in the destination country.

Any charges imposed by customs authorities, postal operators, courier companies, or local governments are the responsibility of the customer and are outside of our control. These costs vary between countries and may change without notice depending on local laws, tax thresholds, product classifications, and import regulations.

While we make every reasonable effort to provide accurate customs declarations and shipping information, we cannot predict or guarantee the exact amount of any import-related charges that may be applied after dispatch.

Customers are strongly encouraged to check their country’s import rules, customs thresholds, VAT requirements, and potential fees before placing an order.

Failure to pay applicable customs charges or taxes may result in delays, returned shipments, additional carrier fees, or destruction of the parcel by customs authorities. In such cases, original shipping costs and any return or handling fees may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.

Delivery Timeframes & Delays:

Estimated international delivery times are as follows:

  • Unitied Kingdom: 3 - 5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, bank holidays, peak seasonal periods, industrial action, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please note that delivery estimates do not include weekends or UK public/bank holidays. Processing, dispatch, customs clearance, and courier transit times may be extended during UK bank holidays, public holidays in the destination country, peak seasonal periods, industrial action, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Deliveries to EU countries may experience additional delays due to customs clearance procedures introduced following Brexit.

While we ensure all export documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with UK law, we cannot control or expedite customs inspections or delays caused by border authorities.

If a parcel is delayed in customs, we will assist where reasonably possible by providing supporting documentation or shipment information.

While we will make every reasonable effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or holiday-related service disruptions are not considered a breach of contract under applicable UK consumer law.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are not delivered within 30 days of purchase, or within another agreed delivery timeframe, customers may have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund.

Shipping Liability:

We accept responsibility for goods until they have been successfully delivered to the customer or their nominated recipient.

If items are lost, damaged, or materially delayed before delivery takes place, we will investigate the matter with the courier and provide a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Sale of Goods Act 1979, goods must arrive as described and in satisfactory condition.

Customers are encouraged to inspect deliveries promptly upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with supporting photographs where available.

Customers also retain rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including applicable cancellation and consumer protection rights for distance purchases.

If you notice an issue after delivery, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and resolve the matter appropriately. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Once delivery has been completed successfully, responsibility for accidental loss, theft, misuse, or damage transfers to the customer.

Customer Responsibilities:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We cannot accept liability for failed deliveries, delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses or incomplete customer information.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay customs charges, additional shipping fees may apply before redelivery can be arranged.

Customers must cooperate with customs authorities, carriers, and legal import requirements where necessary. This may include providing identification documents, tax numbers, EORI numbers, or other information requested by customs officials or delivery providers.

Failure to provide required documentation or pay applicable duties and taxes may result in delays, returned parcels, destruction of goods, or additional charges imposed by the carrier or customs authority.

By placing an order, customers agree to comply with all applicable import and customs laws within their destination country.

Where customers choose to arrange their own courier or freight forwarding service, our responsibility for the goods ends once the shipment has been collected from us.

Customers are advised to retain shipping confirmations, tracking details, customs notifications, and related documentation in case assistance is required later.
